I am grateful that I was raised in a holistic household, ate meals made from scratch, and if aliments happened, we treated them naturally. I earned a Bachelor of Science – Nursing degree and I was a labor and delivery nurse for 9 years. During that time, our son experienced severe allergies and eczema and I also struggled with infertility.  My husband and I turned to natural medicine to support the healing. In 2010 I opened Restore Health to offer people hope.  I wanted to teach people how they can enable their body to function better, which in turn would make them feel better.  Using this amazing MSA/SRT technology, homeopathy, and whole food supplements I help people gain a better quality of life.  Several times a year I attend continuing education classes, most recently studying auto-immune disease, cancer prevention and support, energetic medicine, endocrine support.

I was a part of Allopathic medicine (clinic and hospital) for 20 years. Through watching people’s illnesses, and advocating for their health, I learned more could be done to help. Having been a nursing student, and nearing completion, I had my own health ailments, battled coronavirus twice and struggled with COVID Longhaul. After following Carrie’s suggestions for supplements and lifestyle changes, miraculously I gained my life back. I learned that ideal health comes from whole food nutrients by giving the body what it needs to recover. I love to study the human body, learning the intricacies of what the body needs for best health. I am passionate about supporting and encouraging others, to help them to function optimally.
